I've spent years testing travel gear and clothing, and when it comes to travel-friendly fabrics, few compare to merino wool. It's odor-resistant, wrinkle-resistant, sweat-wicking, temperature-regulating, and—contrary to some assumptions—not itchy like other types of wool.
