AutoCamp is best known for transforming retro Airstream trailers into comfortable, design-forward places to sleep under the stars. The brand started right here in California (the longest running of which is up in Guerneville) and they now have properties throughout California and the rest of the U.S.—always in a beautiful spot, and very often near national parks. Personally, I’ve only gotten the chance to stay at one of their properties, near Zion, but it was a blast. This March, AutoCamp will be opening their doors near Sequoia National Park, but bookings are currently open for the spring/summer season. If you’ve never stayed at an AutoCamp before, this is a great opportunity to try it out at a slightly lower cost: rates for new hotels tend to be a bit lower on opening. So go ahead, book a stay. 😎
